Our annual retreat is designed exclusively for floral educators and ag teachers, blending hands-on floral artistry, real-world industry training, and a powerful community of like-minded professionals — all with one mission:

to renew your flame, equip you with tools to fight burnout, and bridge the gap between education and industry.


This year, we’re gathering in the heart of Texas wine country at the magical Camp Hideaway in Fredericksburg — a breathtaking location where creativity blooms as freely as the wildflowers.
